On the edge of the golf course “Teci­na Golf” is a pri­vate prop­er­ty with a hol­i­day home and three apart­ments (each for up to 2 peo­ple) as well as the largest pri­vate swim­ming pool on the island.

The ground floor apart­ment “Casa Bar­ran­co” pre­sent­ed here has a 70 square metre pri­vate ter­race with a view of the Bar­ran­co de Tapahuga. You enter the apart­ment on the park side through the kitchen. This is fol­lowed by the spa­cious bed­room and liv­ing room, with the bath­room next door. A foot­path leads from the apart­ment through a park-like gar­den with mature trees to the swim­ming pool: a green par­adise in the far south of the island. The loca­tion is unique­ly qui­et and pri­vate, the fur­nish­ings Scan­di­na­vian modern.

The sun shines on the pri­vate ter­race from sun­rise until the after­noon. Take a swim, enjoy sun­bathing and fan­tas­tic views to the sea and the sun­set from the pool and its spa­cious ter­race. The swim­ming pool is heat­ed and can be used all year round. It is about 80 meters away. A roman­tic foot­path leads to the pool along the cliff through a pine for­est, with fan­tas­tic views of the canyon and the sea.

Reach the apart­ment via a pri­vate dri­ve­way, your car park is direct­ly in front of the house. Next door is the small guest house “Casita Cabezo”, in our pro­gramme for many years, as well as the hol­i­day apart­ments “Bal­cones B” and “Bal­cones A”.
