Bal­cones B

This house with 3 hol­i­day apart­ments (Casa Bar­ran­co, Bal­cones A and Bal­cones B) is in a pri­vate, not pub­licly acces­si­ble enclave on the edge of the golf course “Teci­na Golf”. The apart­ment on ground floor (Bal­cones B) has an open ter­race over­look­ing the park-like gar­den with its majes­tic trees: a green par­adise in the extreme south of the island. The loca­tion is unique­ly qui­et, the fur­nish­ings are dignified.

Enjoy sun­bathing, relax­ing and refresh­ing your­self at the biggest pri­vate pool of the island (80 m away). Next to the apart­ment is anoth­er hol­i­day home (Casita Cabezo), whose guests are also invit­ed to use the pool. A roman­tic path along the cliff, bor­dered with pines, is lead­ing to the pool offer­ing tru­ly won­der­ful views of the land­scape and the sea. The pool is heated.

You reach the apart­ment via a pri­vate dri­ve­way. Park­ing is in front of the house.
