Square, prac­ti­cal, right on the beach: what looks like a choco­late bar from the out­side is the per­fect hol­i­day home for fam­i­lies and all guests who like to walk to the beach and enjoy a dai­ly swim. Mon­teprimero build­ing with its two maisonettes Mon­teprimero 1 and Mon­teprimero 2 is locat­ed in the year-round sun­ny El Tamaduste, only 50 metres from the beach.

The spa­cious kitchen-liv­ing room on the ground floor is ful­ly equipped and offers all the com­forts for self-cater­ing. A brick stair­case leads to the upper floor with two bed­rooms and the bath­room. From the upper floor, anoth­er stair­case leads to the roof ter­race with sea view. Mon­teprimero 2 offers space for three peo­ple. The liv­ing space of 56 m² is some­what small­er than that of the neigh­bour­ing flat, but the ter­race in front of the house is much larger.

El Tamaduste is a very qui­et, cosy place. Here the sun shines almost every day, the tem­per­a­tures are mild and warm all year round. In the sum­mer, the lit­tle vil­lage awak­ens and turns into a pop­u­lar hol­i­day resort for Canari­an child-friend­ly tourism, then there are fies­tas and many events for fam­i­lies and children.
