Fin­ca Monteverde

Fin­ca Mon­teverde is qui­et­ly and idyl­li­cal­ly sit­u­at­ed, with­out any neigh­bours. It presents a won­der­ful panoram­ic view of the land­scape. The nice­ly dec­o­rat­ed cot­tage is set over two floors: The eat-in kitchen, bath­room and liv­ing room are on the ground floor. Stairs are lead­ing to the sleep­ing area.

Once wheat was cul­ti­vat­ed on the ter­raced land, gen­tly descend­ing to the sea. Today most of the fields lie fal­low, apart from the Fin­ca, which is sur­round­ed by an ample fruit gar­den with man­go and avo­ca­do trees – per­fect peace for recreation.
