Recent­ly ful­ly ren­o­vat­ed and reopened, Casa Rolan can accom­mo­date 4 guests, who are sure to enjoy a per­fect vaca­tion in this apart­ment. From the bal­cony, the well-main­tained trop­i­cal gar­den, and the sun deck by the swim­ming pool (approx. 70 m²), you can enjoy a won­der­ful view of the south­east coast of La Gomera, Tenerife’s Pico del Tei­de, and the sun­rise. The large pool and all the ameni­ties tare avail­able for the exclu­sive use of the apartment’s guests. There are no oth­er guests. 

The loca­tion of this vil­la on a cliff above San Sebastián is tru­ly unique: just a 15-minute walk from the har­bor of San Sebastián de la Gomera, the prop­er­ty offers peace and relax­ation, as well as com­plete seclu­sion with­in walk­ing dis­tance of the vil­lage. Direct­ly below lies La Gomera’s most beau­ti­ful beach, Playa de la Cueva—which is also a great spot for snorkeling. 

You can park your rental car right in front of the house. The his­toric cen­ter of San Sebastián, the fer­ry ter­mi­nal, the mari­na, two beach­es, numer­ous cafés, bars, and restau­rants, as well as super­mar­kets and shops, are locat­ed 1.5 km away.
