This plain, func­tion­al­ly fur­nished hol­i­day flat offers space for 4 peo­ple. Casa Ramón has two bed­rooms, each with two sin­gle beds, as well as a liv­ing room with kitch­enette and din­ing table. Guests enter the apart­ment via the small sun ter­race, which offers a beau­ti­ful view over the low­er Valle Gran Rey down to the sea, espe­cial­ly at sunset.

Casa Ramón is locat­ed less than a kilo­me­tre from the beach and the prom­e­nade of La Playa. The house can be reached from the street via a short flight of steps (23 steps). La Calera, old­est part of Valle Gran Rey, is known for its selec­tion of good restau­rants and cosy bars, all with­in easy walk­ing dis­tance. It is a typ­i­cal stairs quar­ter and the park­ing sit­u­a­tion is tight. There are plen­ty of free spaces at the town hall on the main street at the entrance to the neigh­bour­hood (300 m).
